The Unwritten Sea feat. hypermagicalI wrote a poem yesterday
Folded it in a paper airplane
And threw into the sea
I watched it sink down
I hope that the fish enjoy it

With the airplane comes pain
for the fish beneath the water
the have no way to make poetry
no expression of emotion but bubbles
all they can do is long for words in silence

As the ink dissolves in the water
And the muted fish watch
As the paper floats above them
Shrivled
Will they shed tears as they read it?
Can a fish read?
Can a fish cry?

We'll never know
they'll never answer,
or if they do it will be lost to the waves
and only the sea foam will ever hear
undersea poetry
and know its secrets

And yet they k
The End of the WorldI get out of bed at the sound of marching. Clip clop clip clop. The alarm whispers 'It's 4 am, go back to sleep'. But the temptations from the windows are so much more appetizing. My eyes gaze through the panes of glass, and they spot out a crowd of tye-die shirts! "Hippies" my mouth stutters. "No you're wrong" my brain starts humming "Look closer". My eyes focus on the signs " Animal rights" "Down with factory farms" "Milk and eggs are evil". We all seem to have shouted at the same time "Vegans".

I really love this one. the four line poem is a hard thing to master, but I think you've done amazingly at conveying a story of acceptance, and self growth in only 4 words.

I like this a lot. It gives the sense that the writer is well over whoever's left them. Or maybe just putting on a brave face.

Also. Should the last line be "you're lost" or "your loss"? As "your lost" it doesn't work >.<
